1. Send us completed booking form or send an email confirming to take a tour/service
2. We will send you an invoice for deposit payment (the deposit will be 25% of total cost of the tour). You can choose one of below payment methods.
- Bank transfer (The clients should be in charge of the bank transfer fee)
- Credit card payment (Additional 2% of total payment will be added as a bank charge. The bank charge is 4% of total payment and Virgin Nature
- will be responsible for another 2% of the bank charge)
3. Upon receipt of the deposit payment, we will send you confirmation and aninvitation letter if required.
4. Rest of the payment, you can pay 14 days prior to arrival in Mongolia. (The bank charge policy serves the same as above when the balance amount paid by credit card).
1. Two months prior to your arrival, 80% of the deposit will be refunded
2. One month prior to your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
3. Within a month, no refund
(Once we start providing the service from the point of your arrival in Mongolia, no refunds for unused trip arrangements for any reason. unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing and more)
