MONGOLIA TOUR PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Send us completed booking form or send an email confirming to take a tour/service from View Mongolia Travel.

2. We will send an invoice for a deposit payment (the deposit will be 25% of the total cost of the tour). You can choose from one of below payment methods.

      - Bank transfer (The clients should be in charge of the bank transfer fee)

      - Credit card payment -Additional 2% of total payment will be added as a bank charge. The bank charge is 4% of the total payment and Virgin Nature will be will be responsible for another 2% of the bank charge)

3. Upon receipt of the deposit payment, we will send a confirmation and an invitation letter if required.

4. You can pay the balance payment 25 days prior to arrival in Mongolia. (The bank charge policy serves the same as above when you pay the balance amount by a credit card).

Cancellation:

1. We refund 70% of the deposit when you cancel 45 days prior to your arrival.

2. We refund 50% of the deposit when you cancel 35 days prior to your arrival.

3. We refund 30% of the deposit when you cancel 25 days prior to your arrival.

4. There will be no refund when canceling within 25 days.

5. Travel date changes informed 35 days advance is acceptable if the clients travel within the same year. There could be some fee due to logistic arrangements and booking

(Once we start providing the service from the point of your arrival in Mongolia, View Mongolia Travel will not refund payments of unused trip arrangements for any reason; unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing, transfer and more)
