The destinations require long driving, allowing you to see the Gobi desert landscapes and vastness. Itinerary
Day 1: Tsagaan Suvarga colorful cliffs
Your guide and driver meet you at your accommodation and start the tour to Tsagaan Suvarga. You will sit back and enjoy the stunning vistas and constantly changing landscapes on the way to Tsagaan Suvarga. Tsagaan Suvarga means "White Stupa.” Tsagaan Suvarga is a spectacular natural formation of colorful, massive mud cliffs that look like stupas. Hiking through the cliffs offers the chance to take amazing photographs.

Day 2: Explore dinosaur fossil area and Baga Gazariin Chuluu
In the morning, travel to the dinosaur cemetery area and spend the whole day discovering the surrounding area, and hike along the cliffs in search of the dinosaur fossils. Continue to travel to Baga Gazariin Chuluu granite stone mountains. Enjoy the beauty and calmness of the rocky mountains.

Day 3: Return to Ulaanbaatar
Return to Ulaanbaatar after 5 to 5.5 hours of driving and ransfer to your accommodation.

Is the Gobi Desert Express Tour suitable for you?
Gobi Desert Express Tour does not include any challenging activities. 280 to 430 km daily driving is something you may consider. You will have soft trekkings in the sights to enjoy the more scenic view and make your discoveries of dinosaur fossils.
Meals
Tour meals are included as indicated in the itinerary. In the countryside, ger camps serve both European and Mongolian meals. Meat is the main ingredient for meals and is served for lunch and dinner with vegetables, salads, and soups. There will be more meat in traditional Mongolian meals. A typical breakfast is tea or coffee, bread, jam, butter, eggs, and sausage. There are some cookies, cheese, cereals, pancakes, and more at some ger camps for breakfast. For lunch, meals include salads, Mongolian soups, main course (pasta, rice, vegetables, beef/mutton/chicken/fish near lakes/rivers), dessert, and tea. Ger camps serve salads, the main course, a dessert, and tea for dinner. With nomads, you will try authentic Mongolian meals. Different types of meals offered simultaneously are not customary in Mongolian tradition. If you are a vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance, and we will make arrangements accordingly. We will supply two 0.5L bottles of water a day. Accommodation
You will stay in the nomadic dwelling Gers of the Ger camps for 2 nights in the Gobi Desert. Tour does not include hotels in Ulaanbaatar. Gobi Desert weather in June
Mid-June is arguably the best time to travel to the Gobi desert. The temperature is not hot, not cold, and less rainy than in July. Also, there will be less crowd compared to July. You should expect +17 to +28°C daytime and around +12°C at night. The temperature drops dramatically to +8°C if it rains.
